2 cups rotini pasta

1 lb cooked chicken breast, shredded or diced

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced

1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced

1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

1 cup corn (fresh, frozen, or canned)

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (optional for creaminess)

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp dried dill

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish

Cook the Pasta: Begin by boiling a pot of salted water. Once it reaches a rolling boil, add the rotini pasta and cook according to the package directions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool.

    Prepare the Chicken: If not using pre-cooked chicken, grill or boil chicken breasts until fully cooked. Once cooked, allow to rest for a few minutes, then shred or dice.

      Mix the Vegetables: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, and corn. Gently toss to mix the ingredients evenly.
