4 large flour tortillas

8 ounces smoked turkey breast, thinly sliced

8 slices Swiss cheese

1 cup baby spinach leaves

½ cup cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

¼ cup fresh cranberries, chopped (optional, for sweetness)

Prepare the Spread: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and well blended.

    Assemble the Pinwheels: Lay out one tortilla on a clean, flat surface. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture evenly over the entire surface of the tortilla.

      Layer Ingredients: Place 2 slices of Swiss cheese on top of the cream cheese mixture, followed by 2-3 slices of smoked turkey breast. Add a handful of spinach leaves evenly across the tortilla. If desired, sprinkle some chopped cranberries for a sweet twist.

        Roll it Up: Starting from one end, carefully roll the tortilla tightly but gently, ensuring all fillings are contained. Roll until you reach the other end, and the seam side is down.
