1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup raw walnuts, chopped

1/2 cup natural almond butter (or any nut butter of your choice)

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

2 tablespoons chia seeds or flaxseeds

Prepare the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped walnuts, shredded coconut (if using), chia seeds, cinnamon, and sea salt.
