1 ripe avocado, diced

1 tablespoon lime juice

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1 head of butter or romaine lettuce, leaves separated

1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream (optional topping)

1 jalapeƱo, thinly sliced (optional for extra heat)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Shrimp: In a mixing bowl, toss the peeled and deveined shrimp with olive oil, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
