1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 ripe avocado, sliced

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup fresh spinach leaves

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or vegan cheese for a dairy-free option)

2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
