Ingredients

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup granulated sugar

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup mini marshmallows

½ cup milk chocolate chips

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

Make the Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, melted butter, and salt. Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press this mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form the crust.

Pre-bake the Crust: Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until lightly golden. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly.

Layer the Filling: Sprinkle the semi-sweet chocolate chips evenly over the pre-baked crust. Next, evenly distribute the mini marshmallows over the chocolate chips, pressing them down gently.

Drizzle with Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the milk chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the marshmallow layer.

Final Bake: Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and puffy.

Cool and Slice: Allow the S’mores Bars to cool completely in the pan, at least 30 minutes. Use the parchment paper overhang to lift the bars out of the pan. Slice into squares or rectangles, and enjoy!
