2 anchovy fillets (optional, for added flavor)

1/2 cup of mayonnaise

2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Olive oil (for drizzling)

Prepare the Dressing: In a medium bowl, combine the minced garlic, anchovy fillets (if using), mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
