Ingredients

1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 pound baby potatoes, halved

2 ears of corn, cut into thirds

1/2 pound smoked sausage, sliced

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons lemon juice

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

Preheat Oven or Grill: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare a grill for medium-high heat.

Prepare the Foil: Cut 4 large sheets of aluminum foil, about 12x18 inches each, and lay them out on a clean surface.

Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, potatoes, corn, sausage, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, olive oil, and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and toss everything together until evenly coated.

Assemble Foil Packets: Divide the mixture evenly among the four sheets of foil. Fold the sides of the foil over the mixture, then roll up the top ends to create a sealed packet. Make sure there's enough space inside for steam to circulate.

Cook: Place the foil packets on a baking sheet or directly on the grill. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, or until the shrimp turn pink and the potatoes are tender.

Garnish and Serve: Carefully open the foil packets (watch for steam!) and transfer the contents to serving plates. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
