1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for a bit of heat)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for added texture)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Filling: In a medium bowl, combine the chopped spinach, shredded cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes. Mix until all ingredients are well combined, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

      Prepare the Chicken: Carefully butterfly each chicken breast by slicing it horizontally to create a pocket, being careful not to cut all the way through. This will create enough space for the stuffing.

        Stuff the Chicken: Generously fill each chicken breast with the spinach and cheddar mixture, using about 1/4 of the filling for each breast. You may skewer the edges with toothpicks to secure the filling if needed.
