2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

1 tablespoon cornstarch

2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided

1 cup bell peppers (mixed colors), sliced

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup sugar snap peas

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced

1 tablespoon sesame oil

2 green onions, chopped

Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, combine the sliced sirloin steak, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Mix well to ensure all pieces are coated. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes while you prep the veggies.

    Heat the Pan: In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over high heat until shimmering.

      Cook the Beef: Add the marinated beef to the skillet in a single layer. Allow it to sear without stirring for about 1-2 minutes. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes or until cooked through. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
