1 cup chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups (about 8 full-size cups)

1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional, for extra crunch)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

    Cream the Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until the mixture is light and fluffy, approximately 2-3 minutes.
