4 large eggs

1 cup fresh arugula

1/4 cup shaved Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

Red pepper flakes (optional, for added heat)

Toast the Bread: Preheat your toaster or a skillet over medium heat. Toast the slices of bread until golden and crispy. If using a skillet, drizzle a little olive oil to enhance flavor.
