4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced

1 cup fresh basil leaves, roughly chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar

Optional: Crumbled feta cheese for topping

Preheat the Oven or Grill: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat your grill to medium-high.

    Prepare the Foil Packs: Lay out 4 pieces of aluminum foil, about 12 inches long each, on a flat surface.

      Season the Chicken: In a bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and balsamic vinegar. Place the chicken breasts in the mixture, ensuring they are well coated.

        Assemble the Packs: Place one chicken breast in the center of each foil piece. Top each breast with sliced peaches and a generous amount of fresh basil.

          Seal the Packs: Fold up the sides of the foil to create a sealed packet, ensuring there are no openings for the juices to escape.

            Cook the Packs: Place the foil packs on a baking sheet if using the oven or directly on the grill. Cook for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
