Parmesan Herb Crusted Chicken Breast

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped

1 tablespoon fresh oregano, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/4 cup flour

Olive oil or cooking spray for greasing the baking dish

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or cooking spray.

    Prepare the Coating: In a medium bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, parsley, thyme, oregano, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

      Set up a Dredging Station: In one shallow dish, place the flour. In a second shallow bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.

        Dredge the Chicken: Take each chicken breast and first coat it in the flour, shaking off any excess. Next, dip it into the beaten eggs, ensuring it's completely covered.
