Ingredients

1 package (15.35 oz) Oreo cookies

1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

2 cups white chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)

¼ cup crushed Oreo cookies (for topping)

½ tsp vanilla extract (optional for added flavor)

Instructions

Crush the Oreos: Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they become fine crumbs. You can also put them in a resealable plastic bag and crush them with a rolling pin if you don’t have a food processor.

Mix with Cream Cheese: In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and softened cream cheese. Use a spatula or your hands to mix until fully combined and doughy.

Shape the Truffles: Once the mixture is well-blended, use a small cookie scoop or your hands to form small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Chill the Truffles: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until the truffles are firm. This makes them easier to dip in chocolate.

Melt the Chocolate: While the truffles are chilling, melt the white chocolate chips. You can do this in a microwave-safe bowl by heating in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until fully melted. For a smoother consistency, you can add coconut oil to the chocolate while melting.

Dip the Truffles: Remove the truffles from the refrigerator. Using a fork or a toothpick, dip each truffle into the melted white chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated. Gently tap the fork on the edge of the bowl to remove excess chocolate.

Top with Crushed Oreos: Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle a little bit of crushed Oreo on top of each truffle to add a decorative touch.

Set the Chocolate: Allow the truffles to sit on the parchment paper until the chocolate hardens completely. You can place them in the fridge to speed up the process.

Serve and Enjoy: Once the chocolate is set, your Oreo cookie truffles are ready to serve! Store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator and enjoy these delicious treats anytime!
