Ingredients

1 cup elbow macaroni

3 cups vegetable broth

1 cup whole milk

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon butter

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

¼ cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

Combine Ingredients: In a large pot over medium heat, combine the elbow macaroni, vegetable broth, and whole milk. Stir well to ensure the pasta is submerged.

Boil: Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to medium-low. Cover the pot and simmer for about 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the pasta is cooked al dente and most of the liquid has been absorbed.

Add Flavors: Once the pasta is cooked, stir in the butter, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until the butter has melted and all the seasonings are evenly distributed.

Cheesy Goodness: Gradually add the shredded sharp cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese to the pot, stirring until fully melted and creamy. If the mixture seems too thick, add a splash of additional milk to reach your desired consistency.

Garnish & Serve: Remove the pot from heat. Serve the mac and cheese in bowls, garnished with chopped fresh parsley for a pop of color and flavor.
