1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup mini marshmallows

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Extra mini marshmallows and chocolate pieces for topping

Prepare the crust: In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Mix until the crumbs are well-coated and the mixture resembles wet sand.

    Form the base: Take a muffin tin and line it with cupcake liners. Press about a tablespoon of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of each liner, ensuring it's compact and even. Use your fingers or the back of a spoon for a firm base.

      Make the filling: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips and vanilla extract. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.

        Layer the filling: Spoon the melted chocolate evenly over the graham cracker crust in each cup, filling about halfway.

          Add marshmallows: Distribute the mini marshmallows on top of the melted chocolate layer. You can use as many or as few as you like, depending on your marshmallow preference!

            Chill to set: Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate has set and the marshmallows are firm.
