8 slices of deli turkey

4 slices of cheddar cheese

4 large flour tortillas

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped (optional)

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons butter, for cooking

Prepare the Spread: In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper, and fresh chives (if using). Mix until well combined.

    Assemble the Roll-Ups: Lay a tortilla flat on a clean cutting board. Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture over the entire surface of the tortilla.

      Layer Turkey and Cheese: On top of the cream cheese layer, place 2 slices of turkey and 1 slice of cheddar cheese. Be sure to leave a small border around the edges for easier rolling.

        Roll It Up: Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla tightly until you have a complete roll. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas, turkey, and cheese until you have 4 roll-ups.

            Toast the Roll-Ups: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Once melted, place the roll-ups, cut side down, into the skillet in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.

              Flip and Cook: Carefully flip the roll-ups using tongs and add the remaining tablespoon of butter if needed. Cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
