Ingredients
  

1 pound ground turkey

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

8 small whole wheat slider buns

1 ripe avocado, sliced

4 slices of cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons olive oil

Fresh spinach leaves

Sriracha or your favorite hot sauce (optional)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Turkey Patties: In a bowl, combine the ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully combined. Form the mixture into small patties (about 2-3 inches in diameter).

    Cook the Patties: Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the turkey patties and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.

      Toast the Buns: While the patties are cooking, split the slider buns and lightly toast them in a separate pan or toaster until golden brown.

        Assemble the Sliders: On the bottom half of each slider bun, layer fresh spinach leaves, the turkey patties topped with melted cheese, and sliced avocado. Drizzle with Sriracha or hot sauce if desired. Place the top half of the bun on each slider.
