1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

1 lb ground beef or turkey

1/2 cup onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped

1 cup tomato sauce

2 tablespoons ketchup

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon chili powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Prepare the Biscuit Cups:

      - Open the tube of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits.

        - Flatten each biscuit slightly and press them into the cups of a greased muffin tin, forming a small cup. Ensure the dough extends slightly up the sides of each cup.

          Cook the Meat Mixture:

            - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or turkey until browned, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks (about 5-7 minutes).

              - Add in the chopped onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened (about 3-4 minutes).

                Combine with Sauces:

                  - Stir in the tomato sauce, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer the mixture for another 5 minutes until heated through and slightly thickened.

                    Assemble the Cups:

                      - Evenly distribute the sloppy joe mixture into the biscuit cups, filling each just to the brim.

                        - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top of each sloppy joe-filled biscuit cup.

                          Bake:
