1 tablespoon lemon juice

4 slices of whole grain bread or sourdough

8 ounces smoked salmon

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: Red pepper flakes for spice

Optional: Microgreens or arugula for garnish

Optional: Sesame seeds for topping
