Ingredients

1 pound chicken breast, cooked and shredded

1 cup Caesar dressing

1 cup romaine lettuce, finely chopped

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated flaky biscuits

Olive oil for brushing

Extra Parmesan and croutons for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the Chicken Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Caesar dressing, chopped romaine lettuce, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is coated evenly.

Prepare Biscuits: Open the can of biscuits and separate them. You will be using one biscuit for each slider.

Form the Sliders: Flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands or a rolling pin. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center of each biscuit.

Top ’Em Off: If desired, sprinkle a little extra grated Parmesan on top of the chicken filling for added flavor.

Seal the Sliders: Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling to create a pocket. Pinch the edges together to seal tightly so the filling doesn’t escape during baking.

Place on Baking Sheet: Arrange the biscuit sliders on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush the tops with a little olive oil for a golden finish.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.

Serve: Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve warm, garnished with extra Parmesan and croutons if desired.
