1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs, beaten

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs (oregano, basil, thyme, etc.)

Prepare the Chicken: Season the chicken pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and dried Italian herbs. Make sure they're evenly coated for maximum flavor.
