Ingredients

4 large flour tortillas (spinach or plain)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup pesto sauce

1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped

1/2 cup black olives, sliced

1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced

1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Prepare the Base: Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface. Spread an even layer of cream cheese over each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.

Add Flavors: Spread a layer of pesto sauce on top of the cream cheese. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly among the tortillas.

Layer the Fillings: Evenly distribute the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, sliced black olives, roasted red peppers, and fresh basil leaves over the cheese layer. Season with a little salt and pepper to enhance the flavors.

Roll It Up: Starting from one edge, carefully roll the tortilla tightly until you reach the opposite edge. Ensure the filling is contained as you roll.

Chill: Wrap each rolled tortilla in plastic wrap and place them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to firm up. This step makes slicing easier and helps the flavors meld.

Slice and Serve: Once chilled, remove the tortillas from the fridge and unwrap them. Use a sharp knife to slice each roll into 1-inch thick pinwheels. Arrange the pinwheels on a serving platter and garnish with additional basil leaves if desired.

Enjoy: Serve the Italian delight pinwheels as a delicious appetizer or snack at your next gathering!
