1 pound (450g) baby carrots (or regular carrots cut into sticks)

3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons honey

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (or ½ teaspoon dried thyme)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Carrots: If using regular carrots, peel and cut them into uniform sticks, about 2-3 inches long. If using baby carrots, leave them intact.
