1/2 cup finely chopped bell peppers (mix of colors)

1/3 cup finely chopped spinach

1/4 cup finely chopped mushrooms

1 garlic clove, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/4 cup pizza sauce (for dipping)

Cooking spray or oil for greasing

Make the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, and salt. Gradually add warm water and olive oil, mixing until it forms a soft dough. Knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.

    Prepare the Filling: In a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil. Sauté the minced garlic for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the chopped bell peppers, spinach, and mushrooms.
