Hatch Chili Chicken Pizza Wraps

2 large flour tortillas

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded (grilled or rotisserie)

1/2 cup Hatch green chilies, diced (canned or fresh)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup pepperoni slices

1/4 cup pizza sauce

1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh cilantro or parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced Hatch chilies, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, pizza sauce, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well incorporated.

    Layer the Tortillas: Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean surface. Drizzle 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil on each tortilla and spread it evenly across the surface.

      Assemble the Wraps: Spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto the center of each tortilla. Use about half of the mixture per tortilla, leaving about an inch on the sides for folding.

        Roll the Wraps: Starting from the side closest to you, fold the tortilla over the filling. Tuck in the sides, then continue rolling tightly until the wrap is fully closed. Repeat with the second tortilla.
