For the Grilled Chicken:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Juice of 1 lime

For the Mango Salsa:

1 ripe mango, diced

1/2 red bell pepper, finely chopped

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeds removed and finely chopped (optional for heat)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt and pepper to taste

Marinate the Chicken:

    - In a large bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lime juice. Mix well.

      - Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and ensure they are thoroughly coated in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for deeper flavor.

        Prepare the Mango Salsa:

          - In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño (if using), cilantro, and lime juice.

            - Toss gently to combine, and add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside to let the flavors meld while you grill the chicken.

              Grill the Chicken:

                - Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Oil the grill grates lightly to prevent sticking.

                  - Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
