2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

4 large flour tortillas or wraps

2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup Caesar dressing

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

½ cup croutons (optional)

Fresh lemon juice, for serving

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Chicken: Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Rub this mixture generously over the chicken breasts.

    Grill the Chicken: Place the seasoned chicken on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.

      Assemble the Wraps: Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Start by arranging a handful of chopped romaine lettuce in the center of each tortilla.

        Add Chicken & Dressing: Top the lettuce with sliced grilled chicken, drizzle with Caesar dressing, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and croutons, if using. Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for brightness.

          Wrap It Up: Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it tightly from the bottom up to create a wrap. Secure with toothpicks if necessary.

            Grill the Wraps (Optional): For an extra crispy texture, place the wraps back on the grill for about 2 minutes on each side until they have nice grill marks and are warmed through.
