3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Zest of 1 lemon

1 tablespoon lemon juice

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    Prepare the Broccoli: Rinse the broccoli florets under cold water and dry them thoroughly to ensure they roast properly.

      Mix the Seasoning: In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until well mixed.
