Instructions
 

Mix the Yogurt Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

    Prepare the Cookie Base: Spread a thin layer of granola or crushed nuts on one side of each cookie or graham cracker. This adds a crunch and prevents the yogurt from soaking into the cookie.
