Prepare the Coffee Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together the brewed coffee, unsweetened cocoa powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and well combined. This mixture will provide a rich mocha flavor.

    Mix the Yogurt: In a separate large mixing bowl, place the Greek yogurt. Stir until it’s creamy and smooth. If you prefer a sweeter yogurt layer, you can add a bit of honey or maple syrup into the yogurt mix.

      Layering the Mixtures: In a baking dish (approximately 9x5 inches works well), start by spreading a layer of the yogurt mixture evenly across the bottom. Drizzle about half of the mocha mixture over the yogurt layer and use a knife or a toothpick to gently swirl the mocha into the yogurt without fully combining them—this will create a marbled effect.

        Continue Layering: Add another layer of yogurt on top of the mocha layer, followed by a drizzle of the remaining mocha mixture. Swirl again to create the mocha design. If using chocolate chips, sprinkle them evenly over the top.
