Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1 cup brewed coffee, cooled

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup chocolate chips (dark or milk chocolate)

1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional: almonds, hazelnuts, or walnuts)

1/2 cup coffee beans (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Coffee Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled brewed coffee, cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and sea salt. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

Incorporate the Yogurt: Gently fold the Greek yogurt into the coffee mixture until fully incorporated, creating a creamy yet pourable consistency.

Add Chocolate and Nuts: Stir in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts, if using, ensuring they are evenly distributed throughout the yogurt mixture.

Mold the Clusters: Spoon the mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin tins, filling each compartment about 3/4 full. Tap the molds lightly on the counter to eliminate air bubbles and help the mixture settle.

Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until completely frozen.

Serve: Once frozen, carefully remove the clusters from the molds. If desired, sprinkle with whole coffee beans for an extra coffee kick before serving.

Store: Keep any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Allow to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before enjoying for optimal softness.
