Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/4 cup honey (or maple syrup for a vegan option)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup dried cranberries

1 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well combined.

Add Mix-ins: Fold in the dried cranberries, chopped pistachios, and sea salt into the yogurt mixture, ensuring everything is evenly distributed.

Shape the Clusters: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using a tablespoon, scoop the yogurt mixture and drop it onto the prepared baking sheet, forming small clusters. You can make them as big or small as you prefer.

Freeze the Clusters: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and let the clusters freeze for at least 2-3 hours or until they are firm.

Optional Chocolate Drizzle: If you want to add a chocolate drizzle, melt the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Once melted, use a fork to drizzle the chocolate over the frozen yogurt clusters.

Storage: Once the clusters are fully frozen, transfer them to an airtight container and store them in the freezer. They can be stored for up to one month.

Serve and Enjoy: When ready to enjoy, take out the desired number of clusters and let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly before indulging.

                Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 2 hours 15 minutes | Servings: Approximately 24 clusters |
