Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 cup unsweetened applesauce

1/2 cup fresh cranberries (or dried cranberries for a sweeter version)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Apple slices (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Base Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt, unsweetened applesauce, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and cinnamon (if using). Stir until smooth and well-combined.

Add the Cranberries: If using fresh cranberries, roughly chop them to release their juices and ensure a good distribution in the mixture. Fold the cranberries gently into the yogurt mixture.

Pour into Molds: Carefully pour the yogurt-cranberry-apple mixture into popsicle molds. Leave a little space at the top of each mold to allow for expansion as they freeze.

Insert Sticks: If your popsicle mold is designed for it, insert sticks immediately; if not, freeze the molds for about 1 hour until the mixture starts to set, then insert the sticks.

Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and allow to freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until fully solid.

Unmold and Serve: To remove the pops, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds to loosen, then gently pull the pops out. Garnish with apple slices if desired.

Store: Any leftover pops can be placed back in the freezer, and they should keep well for up to a month.
