Ingredients

2 cups of plain Greek yogurt (or any preferred yogurt)

2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup (adjust sweetness to taste)

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

1 cup of mixed berries (fresh or frozen strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

1 small banana, sliced

1/4 cup of granola (optional for added crunch)

Silicone ice cube trays or mini muffin molds

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well-combined. Taste for sweetness and adjust if necessary.

Chop the mixed berries into smaller pieces if they are large, and add them to the yogurt mixture. Gently fold in the chopped berries and banana slices to evenly distribute them throughout the yogurt.

If you’re using granola, fold in half of it at this stage for added crunch in some bites.

Spoon the yogurt mixture into the silicone ice cube trays or mini muffin molds. Fill each section until just full, leaving a little space at the top, as the yogurt will expand slightly when frozen.

If desired, sprinkle the remaining granola on top of each yogurt bite for added texture.

Place the trays in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid.

Once frozen, remove the bites from the trays. If they’re difficult to pop out, let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly before removing.

Serve immediately or store the frozen yogurt bites in an airtight container in the freezer for later. Enjoy as a cool treat on a warm day!
