Ingredients

1 cup natural creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup

2 cups rolled oats

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

1/4 cup chia seeds (optional)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Add Dry Ingredients: Gradually add in the rolled oats, chia seeds, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated. If using chocolate chips, fold them in gently.

Form Clusters: Using a spoon or your hands, scoop out small amounts of the mixture and shape them into clusters, roughly the size of golf balls, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

Freeze: Once all the clusters are formed, place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 1-2 hours, or until they are solid.

Store: Once frozen, transfer the clusters into an airtight container or freezer bag. They can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Serve: When ready to enjoy, simply remove a cluster from the freezer and let it sit for a minute or two at room temperature. They make a perfect snack or dessert!
