Ingredients

2 cups of plain Greek yogurt

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries)

1 banana, sliced

½ cup granola or nuts (optional, for topping)

Silicone muffin cups or mini cups for freezing

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix well until the yogurt is smooth and creamy.

Add the Fruits: Gently fold in the mixed berries and banana slices, being careful not to mash the fruit too much.

Fill the Cups: Spoon the yogurt and fruit mixture into silicone muffin cups or small paper cups, filling each about ¾ of the way full to allow for expansion while freezing.

Add Toppings: If desired, sprinkle granola or chopped nuts on top of each yogurt cup. This will add a delightful crunch and texture once frozen.

Freeze: Place the filled cups in the freezer and let them freeze for at least 4 hours or until completely solid.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the cups from the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes to soften slightly. This makes it easier to peel the cups away. Serve immediately and enjoy!
