1 cup graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup heavy whipping cream

For the Apple Filling:

2 medium apples (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), peeled and diced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

For the Caramel Sauce:

1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Crust:

    - In a medium mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar. Pour in the melted butter and mix until the mixture resembles wet sand.

      - Press the crust mixture into the bottom of a lined 8x8 inch baking dish, ensuring it's evenly packed. Place this in the freezer while you prepare the next layer.

        Make the Cream Layer:

          - In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
