Ingredients

2 cups fresh blueberries

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

1/2 cup granola or chopped nuts (optional, for added texture)

Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Mixture: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Mix well until smooth and creamy.

Coat the Blueberries: Gently fold in the fresh blueberries into the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are fully coated. If you're using granola or chopped nuts, sprinkle them in now.

Form the Clusters: Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, drop dollops of the yogurt-covered blueberries onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving a little space between each cluster. The sizes can vary, but aim for about 1 inch apart for even freezing.

Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer and allow the clusters to freeze for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.

Serve and Enjoy: Once frozen, remove the clusters from the baking sheet and store them in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy them right out of the freezer as a refreshing snack or dessert!
