Ingredients

4 ripe bananas

1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/4 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Popsicle molds and sticks

Instructions

Start by peeling the ripe bananas and placing them in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Add the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon to the blended bananas. Blend again until all ingredients are well combined and smooth.

In a separate bowl, mix the rolled oats and mini chocolate chips (if using). This will add a delightful texture to your pops.

Carefully fold the oat and chocolate chip mixture into the banana yogurt mixture, ensuring it is evenly distributed.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, filling each mold about 3/4 full. Leave some space at the top to allow for expansion as they freeze.

Insert the popsicle sticks into the molds and remove any excess mixture that may have spilled over.

Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.

To remove the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Gently pull the pops out and enjoy your Frozen Banana Cinnamon Swirl Pops!
