Ingredients

2 ripe bananas, sliced

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/4 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 tablespoon honey (optional, adjust based on sweetness preference)

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Optional toppings: crushed nuts, chocolate chips, or granola

Instructions

Prepare the Banana Layer: In a blender or food processor, combine the sliced bananas, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, honey (if using), and sea salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Layer the Mixture: Take silicone cupcake molds or small dessert cups. Spoon a layer of the banana yogurt mixture into the bottom of each cup, filling them about halfway.

Add Caramel Sauce: Drizzle a layer of caramel sauce over the banana yogurt in each cup. Use about 1 teaspoon per cup, depending on your preference for caramel.

Finish with More Yogurt: Pour more of the banana yogurt mixture on top of the caramel layer, filling each cup to the top. Smooth the surface with a spatula or spoon.

Freeze: Cover the cups with plastic wrap or a lid and place them in the freezer. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.

Serve: Remove the yogurt cups from the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly. Optional: garnish with crushed nuts, chocolate chips, or granola before serving.

Enjoy: Scoop or bite into the frozen treats and enjoy the delicious combination of creamy banana yogurt and gooey caramel!
