2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great!)

1/2 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite brand)

4 large whole wheat tortillas

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

1/2 cup shredded carrots

1/2 cup sliced cucumbers

1 avocado, sliced

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: fresh cilantro for garnish

Prepare the Chicken: In a medium bowl, mix the shredded chicken with barbecue sauce until well-coated. Adjust the amount of sauce according to your taste preference.

    Prepare the Veggies: Wash and chop the lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, and cucumbers. Arrange them in bowls for easy access.

      Warm the Tortillas: In a dry skillet over medium heat, warm each tortilla for about 20-30 seconds on each side, just until soft and pliable. This will make them easier to roll.

        Assemble the Wraps: Lay a warm tortilla flat on a clean surface. In the center of the tortilla, layer a handful of shredded lettuce, some diced tomatoes, shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, a few slices of avocado, and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese.
