1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into thin strips

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 red bell pepper, sliced

1 green bell pepper, sliced

1 medium onion, sliced

1 avocado, mashed

1 tablespoon lime juice

4 large flour tortillas

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, shredded cheese, jalapeños

Season the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken strips with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss until the chicken is well coated.
