3 cups fresh broccoli florets (or frozen)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)

1 cup cream of mushroom soup (or cream of cheddar)

1/2 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional, for garnish)

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for crunchy topping)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Prepare the Broccoli: If using fresh broccoli, steam the florets until slightly tender, about 3-5 minutes. If using frozen, simply thaw and drain excess water. Set aside.

      Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, steamed broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
