Ingredients

8 small breakfast slider buns

8 large eggs

1 cup cooked and crumbled breakfast sausage (you can also use bacon or ham)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup milk

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon onion powder

2 tablespoons butter (for greasing the pan)

Optional toppings: sliced avocado, fresh spinach, or hot sauce

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Baking Dish: Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Whisk the Eggs: In a large mixing bowl, crack the eggs and add the milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Whisk until the mixture is fully combined and frothy.

Cook the Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the crumbled breakfast sausage until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat if necessary.

Mix Ingredients: Stir the cooked sausage into the egg mixture. Add 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and mix well.

Assemble the Sliders: Place the slider buns in the greased baking dish. Pour the egg and sausage mixture evenly over the buns. Top each slider with the remaining cheese.

Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. After that, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the tops are golden.

Serve: Once done, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Carefully slice the sliders apart and serve warm. Add any optional toppings such as sliced avocado, fresh spinach, or a drizzle of hot sauce for extra flavor.
