2 cups cooked shredded chicken (store-bought rotisserie works great)

1/2 cup barbecue sauce (your favorite brand)

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup coleslaw mix (store-bought)

1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)

1/4 cup sliced green onions

Optional: 1/4 cup ranch dressing or additional BBQ sauce for drizzling

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken with the barbecue sauce, ensuring that the chicken is well-coated. Let it sit for a few minutes to soak in the flavors.

    While the chicken is marinating, warm the flour tortillas slightly in the microwave for about 20 seconds to make them more pliable.

      Once the chicken is ready, place a tortilla on a clean, flat surface.

        Layer each tortilla with a generous portion of the BBQ chicken, followed by a sprinkle of shredded cheddar cheese, coleslaw mix, diced bell peppers, and sliced green onions.

          Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom, making sure to tuck in the filling as you go. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

            If desired, drizzle extra barbecue sauce or ranch dressing on top of the wraps before wrapping them tightly in foil for easy serving.
