Ingredients

4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)

3 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried oregano

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried dill

Salt and black pepper to taste

Lemon slices for garnish

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, dill, salt, and black pepper.

Marinate the Salmon: Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish, and pour the marinade over the salmon, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for about 15-20 minutes for better flavor infusion.

Bake the Salmon: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked to your desired doneness.

Add Garnish: Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven. Top each fillet with a slice of lemon and sprinkle with fresh parsley if desired.

Serve: Serve the baked salmon hot with your choice of sides, such as steamed vegetables or quinoa.
