1 cup dill pickles, chopped (plus extra for garnish)

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

4 large flour tortillas

1 cup fresh spinach or mixed greens

Salt and pepper, to taste

Olive oil spray (for grilling)

Prepare the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the grilled chicken slices, chopped dill pickles, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, and green onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix until well combined.
