2 large sweet potatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare Sweet Potatoes: Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Slice them thinly using a mandoline or a sharp knife (about 1/8-inch thick for the crispiest results).

        Coat Chips: Add the sweet potato slices to the bowl and toss them gently to coat evenly with the seasoning mixture.
